• Finalize the document - Fix all spelling errors

• The pictures should appear correctly The images should be centered on the column. Pictures should ideally be line art, and shouldn't be used in a way that makes them appear jagged or pixelated. Images should be only as wide as the columns, they should not be stretched tall or wide. If you hold the shift key when you resize the picture, it will not stretch.

• The text should be consistent Headlines should all be the same size, font, style and aligned to the center. The lists of items should also be the same size, font, style and aligned to the left with consistent tabs.

• The words should be correct Check your spelling and fix any errors. Have a classmate or two check it over and fix any errors they find.

• Prices should be realistic ** Your pricing should be sensible, neither too low , nor too high. Simple items should be priced low and more complex dishes should be higher. All the main dishes should be priced in a range of cost.

When you have checked and fixed any errors in the menu, print one copy to hand in and one to take with you.
